CARPOA is an association

of conscientious rental property owners and managers who operate rental units within the greater metropolitan area of Harrisburg, PA. Our goal is to improve our members' knowledge of rental property management, to help protect their investments, and to help them have a more profitable and brighter future.

**May 3, 2012--Patty Toth, Jackson Cross Partners. Patty will present an overview of commercial property—purchase, lease negotiations, property management, renewal, common area maintenance, demising a space, and exit restoration. Patty has been a PA REALTOR since 1979 and has devoted most of those years to residential and commercial property management, leasing, and sales. She has managed over 1.8 million square feet of commercial properties in the Harrisburg area. As a Landlord Representative, Patty has negotiated leases with national companies such as University of Phoenix, Nextel/Sprint, Verizon, First Health, Philadelphia Insurance and many more.

Patty is an active member of the Greater Harrisburg Realtors, PA Realtors Association, National Realtors Association, Industrial Commercial Investors (ICI), Greater Harrisburg Realtor’s Foundation, Harrisburg’s branch of Habitat for Humanity, Mechanicsburg Galleries and School of Art, and the Perry County Art Association.
