WHAT IS CARPOA

CARPOA is an association

of conscientious rental property owners and managers who operate rental units within the greater metropolitan area of Harrisburg, PA. Our goal is to improve our members' knowledge of rental property management, to help protect their investments, and to help them have a more profitable and brighter future.

Once you are a member, log in to the members only side and look for for the ATTORNEY ACCESS page. You can submit any question to the Attorney and get a prompt answer.

There is a new page called MEMBER Q&A where you can ask questions of your fellow members about anything you desire and learn from other members who will share information and knowledge with you. Some members have vast experience running rental units.. if you are new, these pages could help you tremendously.

WHERE AND WHEN WE MEET
We meet on the 1st Thursday of each month at the Camp Hill Giant in the Community Room on the 2nd floor. Social time from 6pm to 7pm and our meeting is from 7pm to 8pm.
